Website Pilot Terms

Dion Innovations LLC

  1. What you get: a mobile-friendly website (1–5 pages; often a single homepage) built from the details and photos you send in our intake form, for a one-time $400 setup fee. Includes 30 days of hosting after go-live, then either the optional care plan below or a free move of your site files to your own hosting.
  2. Your approval: we'll send a preview link before anything goes live. You can ask for up to 2 rounds of changes. Nothing goes live without your OK.
  3. Refund promise: If you don't approve the final version, tell us any time before it goes live and we'll refund the full $400 to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you also bought the optional care plan and don't approve the site before it goes live, we'll cancel the care plan and refund any care payments to your original payment method within 10 business days. No questions, no partial charges.
  4. If we don't hear back: if you don't reply within 30 days of the preview, we'll check in twice. After that we'll close the project and refund your $400 in full.
  5. After you approve: the $400 is earned once you approve and the site goes live, and is non-refundable after that, except where the law requires otherwise.
  6. Optional $39/month care (only if you choose it): month-to-month; cancel any time by replying "cancel" by email to tj@dioninnovations.com or through the Stripe customer portal. It stops at the end of the paid month, with no partial-month refunds and no cancel fee. Care covers:
    • Hosting and a security certificate for your site.
    • A monthly automated check (site up, links work, and hours / phone / address still match what you gave us) plus one short monthly report by email.
    • Small updates: text, hours, photo, or price swaps on your existing pages (submitted through your edit form). Cap: 2 small-update requests per month. Unused requests don't roll over. Done within 3 business days after you approve the edit preview.
    • A copy of your site files whenever you ask.
    • Not included: new pages or features, Google Business Profile management, social media, ads, email setup, redesigns, or any promise about rankings, traffic, calls, or sales. Bigger work is quoted at a fixed price first.
  7. Your domain: Your domain is registered in your name (you pay the registrar for it directly), and your site files are yours. Dion Innovations LLC does not buy, hold, or resell domains and is not responsible for renewals — that stays with you and your registrar. If you cancel care, we keep the site reachable for 30 days so you can move hosting, or we move the site files to your own free hosting; we do not take over the domain registration.
  8. Free sample previews (before you pay): any sample homepage we email is a sample only, unlisted (not linked or indexed), not affiliated with or endorsed by your business, and not your official site.
  9. Your content: you confirm you have the right to use the text, photos and logos you send. You own your content. We may show the site in our portfolio unless you tell us not to.
  10. No guarantees: we don't promise rankings, traffic, calls or sales.
